Promisa Health was founded by a healthcare contracts and legal operations professional with over 15 years of experience across healthcare payers, biotech, medical device, and state government.
We saw firsthand how independent practices and community health centers were losing revenue, not because of poor care, but because of broken credentialing and enrollment processes. Providers sitting idle for 90 to 120 days waiting on payer approvals. Staff buried in paperwork instead of focused on patients.
We built Promisa Health to change that. With direct payer access through PECOS, CAQH, and Availity, and a team that treats every provider file like it matters, because it does.
